Derron and Krista realized long ago that there was a similarity between success in sales and fundraising. their talents and passion are very different but their values are the same. Derron found his calling in motivational speaking and that translated into helping others find their passion and be more successful in their jobs and lives. When Krista came on board, they realized that they could expand services to include nonprofits and contribute to the success of human services across the United States.
